Equipped to Pioneer

Are you a pioneer? Or is there someone in your church who might be?

In December a new national initiative was launched which seeks to identify, release and resource 400 new Baptist Pioneers over the next five years. These are individuals, lay or ordained, who are called to “GO to where the church isn’t, DO what Jesus does, and SEE what happens.” If you, or someone in your church, would like to discuss pioneering further please look at the attached flyer and/or contact Simon Goddard, our new regional minister, who is helping to co-ordinate the Pioneer Collective (www.pioneercollective.org.uk).

Baptists Together are supporting this initiative and have created a training pathway called Equipped to Pioneer which will enable such individuals to become accredited pioneers. A key part of this training is the Crucible Course, and booking is now open for a weekend in May entitled “Creating New Churches”.
