The 2013 Assembly will be held at
Colchester Road Baptist Church, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 4ST
Saturday June 22nd 10am–5pm.

Parking Arrangements:
The car park is sited on the other side of the road, and a little way along the road from the church. It has a notice board “Northgate – High school/Sports Centre/Arts Centre, and the best post code to use is IP4 3DF.
Assembly delegates should use the first section on the left, and if necessary overflow into the second section on the left.
We will have stewards giving directions, but the access road will also be used that morning by visitors to the arts and sports centres (who park further on).
There is a small car park at the church which will act as disabled drop off only.
EBA Council will be bringing the nomination of Revd David Mayne to take the role of Moderator of the Association, this requires a majority vote of the Assembly.
About David – Rev David R Mayne has been Lead Pastor at Shoeburyness & Thorpe Bay Baptist Church since October 2011. Before that he was Associate Minister at Selsdon Baptist Church in Croydon, where he had previously served as Minister-in-Training.
Ordained in 2008, David has been involved in a variety of different ministries in each of the churches where he has been a member (he came to faith at Brentwood Baptist Church), including church planting, working with the homeless, and most recently establishing a large community support project offering food, resources and advice to local families.
David has served the wider Baptist family by being part of BU Council since November 2010, a Home Mission Visitor for London, a NAM Mentor, a trustee of Incarnate Network, and part of the BUGB Women’s Justice Group. David has been serving as Acting/Interim Moderator of the EBA since November 2012.
